Big Blue Marble recently had the pleasure of interviewing Stone Kawala, a dynamic singer/songwriter, and the founder of Stone Kawala, a Washington D.C. based international artistic agency designed to showcase and support other independent artists. His debut album, What's Right? released June 2011, is the culmination of 10 years of song writing. Stone Kawala is both a solo artists and a member of the hip-hop group The Trees.
When Big Blue Marble sat down with Stone Kawala he had just finished writing and recording "Big Blue Marble" an environmentally minded song written to evoke a message of awareness and positive change. Eager to showcase the talents of Stone Kawala, Big Blue Marble has pieced together a rough edit of our first interview.
